They need to up their game

Pros

Information is generally simple to discover in this system. We use an extension with our EMR, so it pulls up the right patient information when entering the labs.

Cons

Client support at times needs to move us on different occasions before we can find the solution we need. At the point when we have another patient their data doesnt connect so it requires some investment to enter them into the system.

Pros

Care360 has been especially helpful when it comes to conducting surveys and managing lab requests, whether for patients or providers. This feature has allowed us to gather important information efficiently, and it's convenient to have an integrated way to request and track labs. Overall, these functions have supported our practice well by saving us time and making it easier to keep track of lab needs and patient feedback.

Cons

There are so many options that many other EMRs offer and care360 is just lacking here.
