It really boosts our overall productivity

Pros

Cons

Pros

The best thing about this company is the customer support they provide. They make sure we feel heard and send someone over to fix the issue right away. Impressive work.

Cons

Customer support should improve

Pros

It does everything related to practice management and patient check-in. We no longer need any paper. Finally!

Cons

There are no font options in the report writing tool and some more options could be great as well.

Unprofessional customer support

Pros

I like the fact that this is a browser-based system. Its much easier to understand and explain to the staff members plus the information is really easy to fill out and update.

Cons

Their billing template is very hard to figure out, also their customer support help is not much of a help at all.

Pros

The format is very user friendly, you easily get the hang of stuff right from the start.

Cons

The customer support is close to being non-existent. It takes forever to connect to an operator and even longer for them to respond to you. Very unprofessional.

There is room for improvement

Pros

Its relatively easy for us to navigate through patients files. The information is managed in an organised, proper way.

Pros

It gives us the liberty to use multiple screens at once, but there's nothing extraordinary about it.

Cons

The system overall is very slow. Its hard to use it everyday because it takes hours to update notes and to access patients records. Not very efficient.

They need to do better

Pros

Honestly, Not a fan of this software. It is,however, easy to use and suitable for small practices.

Cons

We purchased this software because they offered free services in the beginning and the system, overall, was pretty decent to use. The free services provided were, however, not long lasting and the system started to crash more often. The customer support wasnt helpful at all! Very Disappointed.

It works but its not ideal

Pros

I wouldnt say its the worst software out there because some of its features are really good and quite helpful for new users.

Cons

Care360 definitely has room for improvement, especially when it comes to customer support. The telephone system, in particular, has been frustrating because each time I reach out, it takes what feels like forever to get my issue resolved. For a platform meant to streamline healthcare tasks, this is a big drawback. Plus, the overall user interface isn't the most intuitive, which makes navigating through tasks more difficult than it should be. A smoother experience and better support response would go a long way in making Care360 easier to work with.

Honestly, not worth it

Pros

It is easy to use when it works. Your patient charts and lab reports are separated into different tabs.

Cons

The scheduler is horrible and not at all easy to use. Customer service is horrible and they have employed the worst possible people.

Really disappointed

Pros

It has a customizable patient chart with auto-fill fields which is the only good thing I can think of.

Cons

The software cannot be integrated with other programs for lab reports and accounting which is really a problem for us.

There are technical problems

It is not bad in terms of usability. We can customize the charts and it remembers our choices for the next time.

Cons

It is not able to search for pharmacies and the server is always down which means the software continues to load and we cannot get any work done.

An okay EHR

Pros

We are able to add files and upload results instantly to the portal. The customer service is quick to respond to our calls.

Cons

The billing feature in Care360 could use some enhancements. We often encounter small errors with patient bills, which we're able to fix, but it creates extra steps and disruptions. Billing should be easy and efficient, especially in healthcare where accuracy is essential. Although we manage to resolve these issues, it's an area where improved reliability would save us a lot of time and reduce the hassle.

Great integration

Pros

As a mental health institute, having lab results integrated into our EMR is a priority, and Care360's lab module delivers on this front. It's been a relief to have such an essential function built into the system, helping us streamline lab management and improving our workflows.

Keeps getting worse

Pros

It is a cloud-based software so I do not need to backup files on a server and can also access the program from wherever I want.

Cons

It is getting very slow and I have to click on each item multiple times to access it. There are also some glitches with the iPad version and it does not let me edit reports.

No need to buy this

Pros

It can be integrated with Quest Lab however, that is not much of a pro because even free software offers that.

Cons

We were offered this software by Quest Diagnostics free of charge in exchange for user feedback and now our employees are so used to it they are not willing to make the switch. The software has wasted so much of our time and the customer service is very hard to get in touch with.

A powerful software

Pros

It is anything but difficult to use and the adaptability of using this product is extraordinary. The best part of this product is that patients can get to their labs from anywhere. It's a portable and simple to use the tool. I highly recommend this.
