The scheduling component has been especially helpful for keeping track of note completion.
Cons
Some of the reporting and tracking tools haven't really matched what we needed and didn't seem to be configured for our use case. That said the Careficient team has been very supportive in helping us with implementation and coming up with workarounds to address those gaps.

Pros
The transition to this software couldn't have gone much better. From project management and training to the full onboarding process the team walked us through everything with real expertise.

A bigger font size and changing the orange color would be better

“helpful compliance tools”
Pros
This software feels very user friendly and everything is laid out in a way that just makes sense. I really appreciate the built in compliance features because they help make sure important steps are not missed.
Cons
Since we've only been on the software for about four months there are still a few small adjustments I'd like to see here and there. That said we submitted a technical change request and they responded quickly by updating the software based on that feedback. The company has been very responsive to user input.

“reliable platform”
Pros
Across both established and startup hospice agencies this software has worked really well for me over the years. Getting it up and running was easy and training staff to use it didn't take much effort. Whenever something came up the support team was responsive and genuinely helpful in getting issues resolved. During State, Medicare and Accreditation surveys I've never run into compliance problems related to the system which says a lot. Pricing is also very reasonable especially for a brand new startup agency. Other than that the improvements they've added over time have made documentation, care planning and physician order sign off even more effective.
Cons
My only real complaints are about not being able to use the full features on an iOS device like an iPad although they have been making progress on that. I'd also still like to see more options for generated reports.
