Pros
Whenever questions come up the team is extremely knowledgeable and always ready to help. They respond quickly answer everything in a timely way and we can count on getting a callback as well.
Cons
The only issue we've run into with the software happens when generating a care plan since a lot of the documentation from nurses notes does not carry over into the assessment or the generated plan of care.

Pros
Once you get familiar with it the system is pretty simple to figure out and use.
Cons
A limitation is that when a transfer summary needs to be sent to a hospital by fax it can't be done directly through the system.

Pros
Platform is very user friendly and the built in help resources are really useful so there's not always a need to contact support. When a call is necessary though the support team is very helpful.
Cons
I'd appeciate a hard stop on visit notes for "long visits" before the note is finalized rather than only getting a notification after the visit has already been locked. I actually requested this feature almost two years ago.

Pros
It is simple to use and very user friendly. The team has also been wonderful to work with and is always available to answer questions. That really helps our staff feel comfortable reaching out whenever they have concerns or need clarification.
Cons
One thing I'd like to see is more educational documentation uploaded so we can easily access information and share it with staff.

Pros
One of the best parts is how supportive the staff is. I work closely with a representative and she has been fantastic. She always responds quickly and is consistently willing to walk me through things or help whenever I run into an issue.
Cons
I really do not have any complaints. Whenever I run into a problem or need help with something a team member is usually able to get it resolved for me.

“Great rollout and training team”
Pros
Stepping into the administrator role in the middle of setting up could have been overwhelming but the training and onboarding team was supportive throughout the process. Since the rollout had originally been started by my predecessor I really appreciated how understanding the sales team was and how willing they were to delay the timeline until we had the right staff in place to handle the transition properly.
Cons
Frustrating that the system seems to require quite a few workarounds which could probably be removed or made simpler. It would also help if the software used more familiar healthcare terminology like "patient record" instead of "patient encounter." Some of the dropdowns especially the ones listing clinician names can also be misleading if they make users think they are signing the note. On top of that there are too many steps that have to be completed in a strict sequence often involving multiple staff members which can bog down a busy team in administrative tasks instead of patient care.

Charting feels more smooth and the IDG notes carry over nicely.
Cons
Since it's web based you can't view medications and other details while you're in a visit. Careficient University hasn't been a very useful resource so finding answers is pretty difficult. It would also help if care plan goals and interventions were easier to update.

Pros
Everything linked together has cut down on a lot of scheduling and billing mistakes which has been a huge win. The onboarding team stayed with us through the entire setup process and was very patient while we learned how to use the new system. It also means a lot that they welcome improvement suggestions and actually put them into place when they can.
Cons
Getting everything configured at the beginning was challenging at times because the system is so interconnected but once the setup was finished and the team was trained things started running without issues.

“all-in-one EMR package”
Pros
Having everything in one system has been really convenient. The back office functions are fully built into the EMR so I don't have to leave the platform to send claims, handle HIS and OASIS, fax orders or post payments. A lot of the extra features other EMR systems treat as add ons are already included with this which makes the package feel very complete.
Cons
A few more push reports available would make it better.

Pros
Keeping up with constant policy changes is a challenge for anyone in this field. Having confidence that staying compliant with this software also means staying aligned with CMS gives real peace of mind. That kind of reliability is incredibly valuable as a go-to resource.
Cons
An area that could be better is how quickly requests for new or improved features are addressed. I've suggested features before and did receive a reply by the next day which I appreciated but I was also told there were many requests ahead of mine and no real timeline for when anything would be reviewed or installed.

It works well for both administrative data processing and the clinical staff and the system is easy for everyone to use.
Cons
Its hard to point to any real downside. Communication with both the internal and external sales teams along with technical support has been excellent. The company clearly treats customers as a top priority and any concern or requested change gets handled quickly and professionally.

Cons
Parts of the documentation can feel repetitive at times. It can also be a bit tricky to find a saved remittance when you need to locate it later.
