“Well worth the money

Pros

One thing I really love about Caremerge is its user-friendliness as it caters even to those not tech-savvy. Being accessible via an app for tasks like taking attendance enhances report accuracy. Additionally, their customer service is top-notch and always available when needed.

Cons

The only issue I find challenging with Caremerge is the requirement to convert fliers or announcements to JPEG for uploading. I believe that having other format options would be more convenient. Occasionally, drilling down into reports can also be a bit tricky, but I am aware that they are actively enhancing and expanding the report options.

I prefer it more when links within a page open in a new tab instead of redirecting you elsewhere.
