Pros

After almost two years of using this tool, it feels like both an accountant and an assistant rolled into one. I can track invoices, see what's been paid or is still owed, manage client details, monitor appointments and send all correspondence from one place. It's become something I rely on daily.

Cons

What bothers me is that some templates don't always download and must be emailed before I can use them.

What I appreciate is how adjustable the system feels while still being far more affordable than other options I've tried.

Cons

I've noticed it feels like a new product with small glitches happening fairly often. The video platform usually works well but it occasionally fails once every week or two. Notes can sometimes have missing words beyond normal typos and I wish there were reporting features. Moving notes to a different platform requires manual transfer which feels borderline unethical.

My limited experience with Carepatron has been impressive due to the simple, clear web layout and ease of navigation. As a web software developer, I recognize the effort behind creating such a user-friendly design. Carepatron's creators have certainly done their homework!
