“limited mobile functionality
Pros
Honestly I didn't enjoy it that much overall. The main thing I did appreciate was that it connected with my Google Calendar which helped a bit with scheduling.
Cons
I struggled using it on my phone and many features weren't available so I had to sign in on a computer to check my schedule which was inconvenient.

“Flexible booking with strong support
Pros
You know what really makes the difference for me? Two things stand out the most. First the booking system is just so flexible, it actually bends to fit my weird schedule not the other way around which is a rare find. And second their customer support is genuinely solid. It�s such a relief to know that if I hit a snag there�s a real person ready to help me figure it out.. no hoops to jump through. On top of that having everything connect to the other apps I use daily is a huge unsung hero. It just quietly makes everything flow better, cuts out so much busywork and turns what could be a chore into a smooth part of my routine. It all just..... works.
Cons
I wish response times for inquiries were a bit faster.

“easy EHR with templates
Pros
Having tried several EHRs before.. this one has been easier for me to work with. I appreciate how well everything connects together and the template library has been especially helpful.
Cons
Like any EHR it requires time to master but I don't feel this learning curve is worse than other systems I've used.

“Smooth transition and customization
Pros
I really enjoy how easily I can customize forms. Switching over from SimplePractice didn't feel stressful and I adjusted fairly quickly.
Cons
Currently this tool doesn't support electronic insurance billing and I hope that feature is released soon.

“clean and simple interface
Pros
For me the interface looks nice and feels easy to work with. Getting things done on the platform doesn't feel complicated or overwhelming.
Cons
For pediatric clients I've noticed the platform isn't fully geared toward therapists in that space though after a one-on-one call with a tech it seems they may be working on improvements.

Looking at everything it offers this should have been the perfect solution for me. It had all the features I was looking for in one place.
Cons
I've run into issues with some core features particularly email and EHR functionality which has made the overall experience frustrating.

“affordable with voice notes
Pros
One feature I really value is voice-based note support which helps speed up documentation. As an LPC-A running a private practice under supervision cost matters and this tool helps me manage things while keeping expenses in check.
Cons
Great tool but I wish the Wiley treatment plan were included like in SimplePractice and it would be helpful if I could bookmark forms I use frequently.

“Easy to add notes
Pros
What I appreciate most is that clients cover the processing fee. I also like being able to add notes and attach documents without jumping through extra steps.
Cons
When patient names are pulled into the calendar it only shows initials instead of the full name. I also can't set automatic reminders for six months or a year after an appointment which would be useful.

This platform lets me send documents securely to patients for electronic signatures at no extra cost. I haven't found many other free options that offer this which makes it especially valuable to me.
Cons
I didn't realize that when sending documents for signatures, patients could see my personal email. Fortunately support quickly helped me change the displayed address.

“Great for easy records and better video
Pros
So far this has been a great tool for creating and managing client records. It's easy for me to work with and my clients have shared that they prefer this video platform over the one I used before.
Cons
While I don't have major dislikes I would like to open video links in a new tab during sessions and send teen clients' intake packets to parents all at once instead of individually.

“good fit for new practice
Pros
As a new counseling practice this system meets my current needs well. The help and tutorial features are short, clear and straight to the point and I'm excited to try the new AI feature in the video app when I get the chance.
Cons
Video functionality was problematic for a while on Apple devices until I discovered Google Chrome works better. I've also found editing templates tricky at times, cannot sync my iCloud calendar and can't create email folders within the system.

“comfortable design and performance
Pros
What stood out to me right away was how comfortable it felt to use. The design looks good, performance has been great and I didn't need much time to feel confident working in the system.
Cons
As an LMFT I find there are no pre-set progress note templates. While I can create my own the available elements don't fully meet my needs and are complicated. I reached out to support but never received a response.

Pros
What I noticed right away was the clean design and how easy it is to move around. Templates are already included and it works well for people outside the U.S. which makes it feel built for a global audience, not just one region.
Cons
I've had difficulty integrating Google Meet with calendar invites and I don't like how clunky the client record appears. I wish there were a timeline on the side showing all notes and forms instead of grouping them together.

Pros
Using this system feels very manageable for me, whether I'm on my phone or my computer. Switching between devices hasn't been an issue at all.
Cons
It would be helpful for me if the system were more integrated with iPhone calendars and offered an app feature for scheduling when only using a phone.

This platform has been extremely helpful for me. Patients can book appointments and access their records, data is well protected, billing and coding tools are built in and it meets healthcare compliance needs.
