“Affordable all-in-one operations platform
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is that the pricing is fair and wallet-friendly and the platform serves as a single destination for everything, billing, payroll, scheduling, timekeeping and reporting.
Cons
Although I found the onboarding training genuinely helpful and enjoyable the whole process stretched out over six weeks and I would have liked it to be completed in a shorter period.

“Feature-rich system
Pros
There's so much functionality packed in here it feels like there's an option for almost everything I need it to do. I'm able to personalize it a lot and I expect it to scale with my organization as we grow. Frankly the built-in AI help inside the app is the best I've found in any software I've used. About 95% of my questions get answered quickly and easily through it and having a real person available for support pushes that to a full 100%.
Cons
That said the user interface looks dated and it can be slow to load at times. The Agency Owner app in particular offers very limited functionality and some everyday tasks aren't simple I don't need everything dumbed down but routine things like scheduling should be easy. The text messaging setup is a major pain, that format is almost impossible to manage. I need a messaging system that's simple so every member of my office staff can view and use it easily.

“human-led onboarding that builds confidence

The previous company rushed everything so badly that we wound up with an overwhelming number of errors and a lot of declined claims because the EVV setup was botched. I couldn't leave that provider fast enough. When CareSmart360 came up I felt very reluctant to make the move because during the initial onboarding they expected the agency to manage things on its own and I really dreaded getting into another system I'd have to figure out by myself. However after a conversation with Mr. Singh I completely changed how I felt. Not only did someone commit to walking me through the entire process step by step but I also received 'human' help to teach and support me so I could learn everything necessary. It may sound funny to some people yet I was truly scared at first until I learned that Sarah would be there to guide me every step of the way.
Cons
I could have avoided a lot of denied claims if I'd started using this tool from the beginning instead of waiting. That's on me I messed up by delaying.

“Professional support that simplifies use
Pros
What stands out to me is how professional the team has been. The customer support feels personal and attentive and it makes learning and using the software much easier for me over time.
Cons
My team and I truly don't have any complaints.... we've all found the app very easy to work with and we've adopted it quite easily across the board.

“clean interface with instant help

From my experience the layout looks clean and well organized. Getting answers through chat is fast whether it's a real person during the day or AI after hours which saves me from waiting around.
Cons
However it didn't accommodate our specific scheduling needs which isn't typical for agencies and it lacked support for automatic contract renewals.

“Everything unified with hands-on support
Pros
One thing I really value is having everything pulled into one place. Scheduling, invoicing and messaging all live together which cuts down on extra steps and the support team has been quick to respond and willing to walk me through things or offer training when needed.
Cons
One thing I'm not happy with is the cancellation policy. If I cancel before a full year I'm required to pay a fee which feels unfair and restrictive given the short usage period.

“exceptional support with smart AI triage
Pros
Based on my interactions the support team truly stands out. The AI help gets things moving quickly and when I need direct assistance someone is always ready to jump on a call or chat without delay.
Cons
I wish there were more integrations available,, it's not as many as I want. Moore being part of training-related features was something I had expected to see. Things like CareGiver rewards, smarter AI scheduling and similar capabilities would really round out the platform.

“Fast help on a simple platform
Pros
What keeps me coming back is how easy the platform feels to work with and how responsive the support team is. Whenever I hit a snag help shows up almost right away which gives me peace of mind.
Cons
That said the mobile app can feel limiting at times. I wish it offered more functionality because I work this role on a very part-time basis and I'm not always sitting at my desk so being able to accomplish more from my phone would be a big help.

Pros
For my daily operations having scheduling, billing, time tracking and caregiver management in one system has been a big win. The mobile app works well for staff in the field, updates happen quickly and support is always there when questions come up.
Cons
Occasionally I run into small glitches in the mobile app. Even so their support team responds quickly and usually fixes problems fast so disruptions are brief and don't slow us down for long.

Pros
In my role tracking team hours and assigning staff to specific clients has been very helpful. My employees can clearly see their tasks and know exactly what's expected of them each day.
Cons
As the owner of a small healthcare business I really can't complain since the software performed well for us. truthfully I wouldn't replace this company with any other provider no matter what.

From what I've seen CareSmartz handles the needs of both small teams and larger agencies well. The features cover a lot of ground and the system feels dependable even during busy periods.
Cons
To be honest I find CareSmartz isn't particularly simple for beginners and I struggled to navigate the system without some hands-on training or prior experience.

When I reach out for help someone usually answers right away and if not they always call me back. The team is friendly and working through the system feels simple and manageable.
Cons
Honestly I haven't run into any problems the system works great. At our office I don't experience any issues and the staff haven't had trouble using it either.

I've been genuinely impressed with the customer support. The tech team pays attention, responds quickly and patiently walks me through steps until I understand how to use the system properly.
Cons
For someone like me who isn't super tech-savvy it took a fair amount of time to poke around and get familiar with all the features. They do offer tutorial videos and live webinars...... you just need to set aside a bit of time to go through them and learn.

As someone who uses this regularly the interface feels easy to work with. Support is available when I need it, the training options help me build confidence and the pricing feels fair for what I get.
Cons

Honestly speaking this program has been one of the easiest I've worked with. It handles my daily tasks efficiently and it's easily one of the best software tools I've used in quite some time.
Cons
I've been frustrated by the constant stream of updates. We receive updates so frequently that punching in and out becomes a hassle and I end up fielding too many calls from caregivers who can't clock in or out because the recent updates break things.

From my perspective getting questions answered happens very quickly. The IT and customer support teams are reliable, friendly and always ready to step in when I need assistance.

Having client details, scheduling and caregiver information all in one place has made my work much more manageable. It saves time and reduces confusion throughout the day.
Cons
I've noticed that when I add a recurring charge to a client's invoice like an admin fee, the system issues two invoices to the client, one for hours of service and one for the admin fee which feels unfriendly.

Overall the support team has been outstanding. Online help responds fast and gives clear guidance and phone support has been just as responsive making it easy for me to get answers whenever questions come up.
