Pros

What I like about Casamba? Well the pre-set sentences make it easy for me to fill in small pieces of information.

I wouldn't change anything about the services provided.

Pros

Casamba is a great program for clocking in and out, requesting PTO, managing productivity, billing CPT codes and documenting everything for each code. It really covers all the bases for us.

Cons

Setting goals in POCs and progress reports takes more time than it should and I feel like it could be streamlined to make the process quicker.

Casamba is a great program. We rarely have issues aside from password resets or training needs. Plus I really like the training resources available within the program.

Casamba offers fewer reporting options compared to our other program.

I like that the program already has the right goals and diagnoses ready for me when I am writing reports. Plus, I really like the app too.

Occasionally, the different pages seem disjointed.
