Casamba layout is very well-organized which I appreciate and using it is super simple.
Cons
At times, the speed is quite slow, so it definitely could be improved. Additionally, it would be better if preferences for saving files in a specific way could be saved.

Pros
Casamba software is quite user-friendly. Also the portal is easy to navigate and it's been great for keeping my documentation organized. Although I was concerned in the beginning when SNFs transitioned to the PDPM model, I have not faced any issues with billing or charges under this new payment model. And the software offers various tools, including both free text areas and pre-fabricated/drop-down options which provide a good balance for my needs.
Cons
I am having trouble logging onto two devices simultaneously with one login. For instance, I cannot access old patient evaluations on a desktop while typing a patients note on a handheld device without losing my progress or encountering glitches. However, it might be possible to have multiple tabs open on the same device.

“Delivers what it is supposed to!!”
Pros
Accessing previous therapy notes and other documentation is made easy with the company-wide program, which allows us to share information between facilities a hassle free task.
Cons
Currently, the documentation available for review is limited to the past week. To access older information, a desktop must be used. Also I feel like it would be more efficient if all documentation could be accessed on one device.

One of the things I like most is the drop-down menus for health documentation. They are really easy to customize, and I appreciate that they work seamlessly across both laptops and iPads in my company.
Cons
I would like to create a bank of frequently used phrases for completing notes, so I can complete the process faster.

I find it easy to use, and the interface functions properly. I've been using Therapy Source and Rehab Toolkit since 2005.
Cons
At present, I've got two tickets open via their portal login. One, from about a month back, shows as "transferred" but remains unresolved. The other, marked as "New," has been pending for over a week. If you try calling customer service, anticipate a lengthy wait for your call to be answered. You can reach them at 866-813-7454.

Pros
Moving between different regions and buildings is simple. Running reports for multiple sites and predefined regions is also something I find easy.
Cons
I have noticed that I often have to refresh the page to get a report to generate which can be a bit annoying. Also, daily scheduling can be tricky, especially when managing larger departments.

Pros
The calendar app is great for keeping track of my daily hours worked and overall productivity. Like it really helps me stay on top of things.
Cons
The new appointment scheduler is not the best because it lacks the ability to show the therapist names and their scheduled hours unless I manually adjust the section size. It's an extra step that makes the process less smooth.

Pros
I love that I can see patients from different facilities, and the ability for point-of-care is really convenient too.
Cons
Well it's really not user friendly. The word choices for speech therapy treatments and goals aren't great and it does not save anything I have written from other reports to use as a framework. On top of that it is not visually appealing at all and the dashboard makes it hard to tell apart patients from the two different facilities I work at.

Well I really like the drop-down boxes with all the different options for documentation. This is something that makes thing a lot easier and more organized for me.
Cons
With the recent update, editing the appointment scheduler has become a hassle since only one employee can make changes at a time. It was not like this before, so it's definitely a new issue thats been introduced.

From my experience using Casamba's system, I really like how open they are with the information stored. And I can easily access the data entered into the system and run customized reports without any hassle.
Cons
The user interface feels a bit basic and could use some improvement. Also the layout in certain sections is not the best as it could definitely look better and be arranged in a way that makes more sense.

Casamba software is fairly easy to use, simple and is not topped up with unnecessary features. Plus it integrates seamlessly with the Point Click Care program, feeds therapy data in, making it easy for nursing administration to view.
Cons
The programs appearance could definitely use some updating as for now it just feels like an older product when you look at it.

Casamba's documentation system is really easy to pick up, like I did not have to spend time on training as I get the hang of it fairly quickly.
Cons
Evaluations are a bit tricky to do on iPads, but they are much easier and more efficient when I use them on a laptop.
