Gives our team the intent data that actually matters and delivers more value than other aggregated search platforms we've used. With help from a very involved support team, we've gotten much better at understanding which prospect priorities matter most and which key stakeholders are actively researching topics on the site. Using PE, our sales team now has clearer visibility into the who, what and when behind a project which leads to stronger outreach and more meaningful conversations.
Cons
There really haven't been many downsides. That said, I'd still like the option to manage our own account sets and have deeper coverage at the territory level.

Fairly suitable for our small-scale practice. Daily billing tasks are done timely which saves a lot of time. Highly Recommended for a company taking start.
Cons
As your system grows, this software gets really slow and system bugs crash the database. It can be fixed by communicating with the customer service. They can do better than this!
