“Cerbo has been with me since day one”
Pros
I liked the flexibility and customization options. During the Covid-19 pandemic they enabled telemedicine almost immediately.
Cons
There are no templates so I end up transcribing all the lab results into the note. Sometimes it types backwards and needs to be reset. Occasionally when I click something, large portions of the note get erased. Fortunately, the software saves the note every few seconds so I do not lose everything, just a bit of time.

“An all-in-one platform for EMR and billing”
Pros
Cerbo serves as an all-inclusive solution for practices that do not bill insurance. Its functionality encompasses electronic health records and patient billing without requiring additional software integrations. The software offers expansive features to fulfill various practice needs. I appreciate the ability to create shortcuts for frequently used phrases and the integrated faxing feature, which saves significant time compared to manual file management.
Cons
One minor limitation is the difficulty in instructing patients to take multiple tablets of a medication simultaneously. It would be more convenient if there were a drop-down menu for specifying the number of tablets. However, this is a small concern considering the overall excellence of Cerbo as an EMR.

“Easy to use with loads of customization options”
Pros
Cerbo is a user-friendly EMR solution that offers extensive customization options. The customer service provided by them is exceptional, setting it apart from other EMRs I have used. With experience using multiple EMRs throughout my career, I can confidently say that Cerbo is the best. Its user-friendly nature and adaptability make it a standout choice.
Cons
The inability to bold, underline, or use italics in SOAP notes is a minor limitation. However, it does not significantly impact the overall functionality and performance of the software.
