The only downside is the lack of a mobile app, which our clients have expressed dissatisfaction with. However, this does not detract from the overall excellence of Cerbo.

Cerbo has proven to be an incredible EMR solution for my solo practice. Within just a month of using it, I have experienced significant improvements in efficiency. The softwares versatility and extensive features, including the patient portal and telemedicine options, have exceeded my expectations. The setup process was seless, and the support te assigned to me was superb, providing excellent assistance throughout.
Cons
There are a few instances where I have to perform additional steps, such as clicking and hitting the return button, which could be strelined. However, this minor inconvenience is insignificant compared to the overall benefits I have experienced with Cerbo.

Cerbo (MD-HQ) EMR continues to enhance its features based on customer feedback, which I find impressive. The customer support te is exceptional, ensuring a frustration-free experience. I particularly love the ability to have multiple patient charts open simultaneously and accessible in different windows. It also automatically saves notes during power or internet outages, preventing data loss. The software allows signing notes without mandatory diagnoses or ICD10 codes. The customizable interface with pleasing colors and seless integration of prescribing, messaging, and billing functionalities make it a complete EMR solution.
Cons
The inability to bold, italicize, or underline encounter notes is a minor inconvenience. I hope Cerbo addresses this limitation soon. Additionally, integrating a searchable database of specialists nationwide would greatly streline the process of entering their contact information, similar to the functionality available for pharmacies and medications.

There are very few aspects I dislike about Cerbo. One minor improvement I would suggest is the ability to reorder fax pages. However, this inconvenience can be easily worked around.

The software offers robust functionality with room for growth, ensuring I wont have to switch EMRs in the future. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer support.
Cons
Considering the size of my small practice, the cost of Cerbo is relatively high. While I occasionally wish for more flexibility in making minor form changes, the responsive customer support te quickly addresses my requests.

The responsiveness of the support te is commendable, and my patients have consistently praised the user-friendly EMR patient portal.

The medication section could be improved by including the sig (instructions) along with the medication ne and dose in the note. Additionally, I would like to see improved functionality in creating tables or flowcharts that include labs, medications, and comments, providing a more comprehensive overview for tracking patient progress.
