Cerbo is very easy to use. Their customer support was also outstanding in dealing with us.
Cons
There was nothing negative about Cerbo when I used it in my functional medicine practice. However it did not work as well for me in a med-spa setting.

Nothing is good. I use this software for a side gig but I stick with Elation for my main practice because its far better.
Cons
Cerbo is not at all easy. It requires knowing obscure keyboard shortcuts to add things and the chart note starts as a blank page unless you spend a lot of time creating a template which demands some programming skills. Even then, the result is a single long block of text with no separation between parts. Labs open over the chart note, so you constantly have to switch between them which makes it hard to view both the old and current notes simultaneously. Cerbo uses different colors to help locate items but its like trying to decipher a mess of colors rather than organizing everything chronologically with a search function. The search function is nonexistent. When clicking on boxes, they do not always expand, leaving you with a small portion of the screen and forcing you to stumble upon ways to enlarge it by chance. The lab integration piles all labs into one list without any filtering options making it feel like navigating a minefield. Scrolling too far causes the screen to jump away, a clear sign of amateur programming. Overall, the software feels outdated, reminiscent of late 1980s software, and attempts to include every possible feature at the cost of efficiency and usability. The steep learning curve combined with my lack of investment in this gig job means I never end a day using Cerbo in a good mood. I would not recommend it. Do not be fooled by the flashy features as they are not worth the trouble.

I enjoyed how easy Cerbo was for scheduling and managing patient info. The customer service reps were consistently quick, polite and eager to assist in any way.
Cons
I wish the system could send automated reminders to patients about their appointments. also the patient portal was not user-friendly for our patients or even for our staff trying to customize it. The tagging system became tedious when trying to attach the correct forms to each patients portal.

It has proven to be an incredible EMR solution for my solo practice. Within just a month of using it, I have experienced significant improvements in efficiency. Cons
There are a few instances where I have to perform additional steps, such as clicking and hitting the return button, which could be streamlined. However, this minor inconvenience is insignificant compared to the overall benefits I have experienced with Cerbo.

This software continues to enhance its features based on customer feedback, which I find impressive. The customer support team is exceptional, ensuring a frustration-free experience. I particularly love the ability to have multiple patient charts open simultaneously and accessible in different windows. It also automatically saves notes during power or internet outages, preventing data loss. The software allows signing notes without mandatory diagnoses or ICD10 codes. The customizable interface with pleasing colors and seamless integration of prescribing, messaging, and billing functionalities make it a complete EMR solution.
Cons
The inability to bold, italicize, or underline encounter notes is a minor inconvenience. I hope Cerbo addresses this limitation soon. And integrating a searchable database of specialists nationwide would greatly streamline the process of entering their contact information, similar to the functionality available for pharmacies and medications.

The medication section could be improved by including the sig (instructions) along with the medication ne and dose in the note.
