“Easy scheduling!”
Pros
Right away I find the app user friendly and simple to use. Scheduling patients is easy and sending requests to other physicians is very convenient.
Cons
I do wish it integrated more easily with other platforms and I'd also like more customization options to better fit my clinic's needs.

Pros
Getting into the system and submitting a request only takes a few simple steps. Also it is convenient to sign back in anytime and see the current status of a request. When everything is finished, you can upload the records right away if that's the option you want to use.
Cons
One downside is that the fees are higher for the client compared with other medical record request options which is definitely a drawback.
