Simple and handy for our team

Pros

It is Simple to operate and the layout is very easy too, making it quick to get new hires up to speed. Being able to add, edit or delete billing codes on the fly is particularly handy.

Cons

Occasionally clinicians can't input or save notes though those outages happen infrequently and are normally resolved fast.
