The system is easy to use and it has helped keep our collections in good shape.
Cons
It used to feel like a really strong product and the customer service team once went out of their way to help us. Lately however there's barely any information about the company online. Our emailed questions go unanswered and there isn't even a listed phone number. The reporting and filtering features also need a lot of improvement. It's still simple to work with and our collections continue to be solid because of it but the lack of customer communication, tech support and overall online presence is concerning. It honestly feels like someone built a promising product and then stepped away leaving it to run with only minimal maintenance. I'm really not sure what changed.

No real advantages stood out to me.
Cons
After using the service for around two years the biggest frustration has been customer support. They provide an email for troubleshooting but getting a response can take up to a month if they reply at all. On top of that when Chrome updates the program can develop bugs that are difficult to resolve.

Interface feels user friendly and because it's cloud-based it can be accessed from multiple computers without much trouble.

We convinced my dad who's a chiropractor to buy this software because it was touch friendly, cloud based and more affordable than a lot of other options. He had dealt with a computer crash shortly before signing up so having everything maintained in the cloud seemed like a smart move. At first he was very pleased with it. But once a few questions and problems came up it became clear that support basically doesn't exist. Now we're trying to move away from it as soon as we can with no clear way to pull out historical data since everything is stored on their server.

Regret spending money on this software. At first glance it looks simple user-friendly and fairly complete but once you start using it the problems become obvious. If I could rate their customer service 0 out of 5 I absolutely would. I sent multiple emails to support since they don't list a phone number anywhere and I never got a response. There are plenty of reasons to avoid buying this program. Anyone considering it should think twice because I'd hate to see someone else waste their money the way I did. Instead of helping with record management it turns the whole process into a major headache.

There really aren't any positives that stood out to us.
Cons
Billing has been a mess with this software. There's no accounts receivable function, the system is confusing to work through and customer service has been just as bad. We reached out several times and never got a response. At this point, we're already searching for a replacement so I'd definitely tell others to be cautious before buying.

At this price point this software has been an excellent option. The support team is friendly, quick to respond and consistently goes the extra mile when help is needed. It is easy to figure out and pretty self-explanatory.
