ChiroCloud Features
Customizable Note Taking
This feature allows practitioners to personalize notes for every patient encounter using a modular form design. Clinicians can also upload important documents, such as X-rays, directly to a patient's file, ensuring all critical information is stored in one accessible location.
Practice Management
The system combines scheduling, financial balancing, and insurance billing into a single workflow. Users can schedule individual appointments or entire treatment plans, manage daily or weekly finances, and submit electronic insurance batches, streamlining the administrative side of the practice.
Patient Kiosk
The patient kiosk function empowers patients to manage their own information upon arrival. They can use it to submit forms, update personal details, and enter subjective complaints, which reduces front-desk workload and improves the accuracy of patient-provided data.
Automated Appointment Reminders
To help reduce no-shows and keep schedules full, the software automatically sends email reminders to patients about their upcoming appointments. This feature helps improve patient communication and ensures a more consistent stream of visits for the practice.

“good collections”
Pros
The system is easy to use and it has helped keep our collections in good shape.
Cons
It used to feel like a really strong product and the customer service team once went out of their way to help us. Lately however there's barely any information about the company online. Our emailed questions go unanswered and there isn't even a listed phone number. The reporting and filtering features also need a lot of improvement. It's still simple to work with and our collections continue to be solid because of it but the lack of customer communication, tech support and overall online presence is concerning. It honestly feels like someone built a promising product and then stepped away leaving it to run with only minimal maintenance. I'm really not sure what changed.

“slow support and browser bugs”
Pros
No real advantages stood out to me.
Cons
After using the service for around two years the biggest frustration has been customer support. They provide an email for troubleshooting but getting a response can take up to a month if they reply at all. On top of that when Chrome updates the program can develop bugs that are difficult to resolve.
