I explored ClinicAid because my mother's medical practice faced staff turnover, leaving them without a medical office assistant for billing. ClinicAid's user-friendly interface made it a convincing choice, and the trial was a success. The pricing is competitive and significantly lower than what they paid for a medical office assistant's billing services.

Very happy with ClinicAid

Pros

Transitioning to ClinicAid was surprisingly easy after using a different billing program for a decade. The learning curve was manageable, thanks to an excellent customer service team. ClinicAid's pricing is significantly more favorable than the previous program.
