It is user-friendly, reasonably priced, constantly upgrading features and also ensure it meets the profession needs.
Cons
At the moment, I cannot think of anything to criticize. It seems like they are constantly making improvements and I have no complaints.

“It Just Makes Sense!
Pros
What I like most is having control over my appointments, whether current or future clients can book automatically, or if I need to approve or decline a client beforehand. The reporting records, SOAP notes, and memos are particularly useful for storing information (family details, preferred pressure, upcoming trips) that can be accessed for each appointment or specific treatments.
Cons
The few things I dislike include the inability to take notes on my iPhone or iPad, limited to reviewing customer names and forms for upcoming appointments only. Additionally, I wish there was an option to add-ons to treatments rather than creating entirely new treatments. While I can manually add these to invoices, clients cannot do this when booking if they want to include an add-on.

Whenever I identify a needed feature, ClinicSense seems to introduce it. So no complaints as their continuous expansion of features ensures that I always have what I need to manage my business effectively.

Cons
I cannot think of a single thing I dislike about ClinicSense that makes me annoying or frustrated. While it would be beneficial to eventually process insurance claims through ClinicSense, it is not a necessity. The platforms features surpass those of other systems I've encountered.

The only downside I have encountered is the performance of the app. It frequently logs me out, which is inconvenient.
