I Love Clinic Sense

Pros

It is user-friendly, reasonably priced, constantly upgrading features and also ensure it meets the profession needs.

Cons

At the moment, I cannot think of anything to criticize. It seems like they are constantly making improvements and I have no complaints.

It Just Makes Sense!

Pros

What I like most is having control over my appointments, whether current or future clients can book automatically, or if I need to approve or decline a client beforehand. The reporting records, SOAP notes, and memos are particularly useful for storing information (family details, preferred pressure, upcoming trips) that can be accessed for each appointment or specific treatments.

Cons

The few things I dislike include the inability to take notes on my iPhone or iPad, limited to reviewing customer names and forms for upcoming appointments only. Additionally, I wish there was an option to add-ons to treatments rather than creating entirely new treatments. While I can manually add these to invoices, clients cannot do this when booking if they want to include an add-on.

I like its ease of use, the availability of training videos and the proactive assistance from the ClinicSense Support Team. I also find the pricing to be reasonable.

Cons

Appointment gaps are a current issue but improvements are on the way.

Acts as an assistant for my scheduling needs

Pros

Having ClinicSense is like having an assistant manage my scheduling. Personally, I cannot always answer my phone to schedule appointments. With ClinicSense, I can send clients a link upon request to schedule appointments at their convenience.

Cons

Whenever I identify a needed feature, ClinicSense seems to introduce it. So no complaints as their continuous expansion of features ensures that I always have what I need to manage my business effectively.

Cons

The month arrow is small which makes it difficult for users to scroll to the next month. Additionally, the schedule could be improved by making it larger. The reminder icon could be updated to represent massages more accurately, instead of a food tray.

All I Need is in ClinicSense

Pros

I like the feedback options and ClinicSenses continuous improvements to provide more and better features to therapists and clients.

Cons

I cannot think of a single thing I dislike about ClinicSense that makes me annoying or frustrated. While it would be beneficial to eventually process insurance claims through ClinicSense, it is not a necessity. The platforms features surpass those of other systems I've encountered.

Cons

From the beginning, the customer service provided by Clinic Sense has been outstanding, earning my trust. They are consistently responsive and dedicated to continually improving their product. The overall look of the software is clean and professional, creating a sense of trust and reliability for my clients. The integration of SOAP notes, intake forms, and memos linked to the booking software and payment processing has made my work easier and more effective. It truly offers an all-in-one solution. The marketing features, such as the Google Reviews Booster and Availability cpaigns, have had a significant positive impact on my business.

Cons

The only downside I have encountered is the performance of the app. It frequently logs me out, which is inconvenient. Moreover, I have stopped receiving notifications of booked or changed appointments, despite having notifications turned on. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the overall experience.

What stands out the most for me is the exceptional level of customer support provided by Clinic Sense. I have never encountered such high-quality assistance in any other business. Cons

Cons

One area that could be improved is the forwarding of client details in the confirmation email. Currently, the email doesnt include phone or email information, requiring me to open the app to access these details. Additionally, the online app tends to be slow, which can be a bit frustrating.

I cannot praise this software enough. It has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The customer service te goes above and beyond, providing personalized videos to assist with any queries.
