Pros

ClinicSense ease of use and its aesthetic appeal, as well as its accessibility is something I like the most.

Cons

I would love to have the ability to restrict certain patients from booking online. It would be ideal to request credit card information from patients when they self-book and charge them after the appointment. More scheduling options and flexibility are needed.

Pros

The only positive aspect of ClinicSense for us was the elimination of the need for a physical appointment book in the office.

Cons

This booking system frequently frustrates us with numerous glitches and issues. Modalities saved for a practitioner often disappear, and schedules shown to clients differ from whats on the books. Also it is challenging to get help during weekends.

just some honest thoughts...

Pros

The platform is so easy to use. It is not just a website, its a scheduling app that is focused and functional. It excels at its intended purpose! It's intuitive, direct and well-organized, offering all the necessary options to streamline and organize business and client information. The reports are impressive, and the marketing section provides detailed tools essential for a successful business. There's no unnecessary embellishment to mask shortcomings in services.

Cons

Only a couple of things come to mind, though I may be nitpicking... Firstly, the overall look/theme could benefit from a slight refresh, yet I am starting to like its simplicity. Secondly, I am unsure about the cost whether it is reasonable or not...

Pros

Marketing features and the storage of all my information were particularly helpful.

Cons

Experienced glitches like having four clients show up at different times, leading to double bookings unnoticed by the secretary. A better fail-safe system is needed.

Best investment when starting my solo practice

Pros

Integrating with Stripe for payments was incredibly simple (although they primarily promote Square, I encountered numerous issues with Square and switched to Stripe). The real-time scheduling capabilities are great and it offers everything I need in terms of marketing options, communications and SOAP notes/charting.

Cons

I have not encountered any issues so far. The customer support chats have been consistently excellent whenever I have needed assistance.

Love it overall

Pros

Having everything consolidated in one place (schedule, policies, SOAP notes, etc.) makes online scheduling easy for clients.

Cons

Clients find it challenging to cancel appointments if they have deleted the initial email. It would be helpful for clients to have an account to view all their appointments and the ability to drag appointments for adjustments instead of having to cancel and rebook. This would improve the user experience. Some features are a bit pricey, especially for a small business like mine where I operate alone!

Pros

I love the user-friendliness of both the client and backend interfaces. The fact that the company listens to subscribers and tailors updates and features based on their needs is commendable.

Cons

The initial integration was stressful when transitioning from one CRM to another, but ClinicSense made it as seamless as possible.

A brilliant all-in-one product for sports massage therapists!

Pros

I love the feature that allows clients to view my availability, book appointments, complete forms and receive reminders without my direct involvement. Having all client forms, details and notes in one place is fantastic.

Cons

Pros

This program has been a game-changer for me as a solo Massage Practitioner. Clients can easily book appointments from my website, select their desired service and receive email and text confirmations and reminders which reduces the need for extensive phone communication. I receive alerts for each booking via email and text. Additionally, it offers marketing options like prompting clients to leave Google reviews and sending birthday acknowledgments via email.

Cons

Since my services include developments, ClinicSense does not support "add-ons" to a baseline massage. This requires creating service options with each enhancement individually, leading to confusion for clients in selecting their preferences. I understand this is on their roadmap for future integration.

It is user-friendly and professional. I value the high-quality tutorials and the efficient and friendly customer support team.

Cons

Modifying blocked times or appointments sometimes results in the calendar auto-populating a new, occasionally random date. For instance, when I adjusted a blocked-off period from the 4th-5th of May to include the day before, changing it to the 3rd saved the blocked days as the 3rd-4th, inadvertently removing the 5th which still needed to be blocked.

Amazingly Simple To Set-up & Go!

Pros

The setup process was pretty easy. They have handled almost everything for you. Just a few details to fill in, as the forms are pre-made and you can be up and running within hours.

Cons
