It is a fantastic addition to our clinic. The interface is intuitive which made the transition from our old system quite seamless. I particularly like the robust patient management features, which streamline appointment scheduling and medical records handling. The reporting tools are comprehensive and provide valuable insights into our clinic's operations.
Cons
One downside is that the initial setup was a bit complex and time consuming. Also we faced some issues integrating our existing data which took longer than expected. Additionally, while customer support is responsive, they sometimes lack the depth of knowledge required to resolve complex issues quickly.

Pros
I have been using Cyberclinic Software for several months now, and it has significantly improved our workflow. The patient portal is a game-changer as it allows patients to book appointments and access their medical records online. The software is also highly customizable which helps tailor it to our specific needs. The integration with other healthcare systems is smooth that makes data sharing much easier.
Cons
One of the major drawbacks is the occasional lag during peak hours which can be frustrating. Moreover I feel like the cost is also relatively high compared to some competitors, which might be a barrier for smaller practices. Lastly, the training materials could be more comprehensive to better support new users.
