I value the convenience of having the server accessible online, enabling me to log in from various locations like home or my phone, without needing to worry about backing up data as it's managed by the company.

Cons

I believe that having robust texting capabilities and efficient group communication tools for interacting with patients is absolutely essential for the smooth operation of our practice.

Easy access from anywhere

Pros

Being able to access the software from any location greatly simplifies daily operations, eliminating any worries related to server reliability.

Cons

We lack e-marketing options like automated emails and texts in our area, which is a significant drawback. We've had to consider other software solutions, but managing two systems is not ideal. We'd welcome Dentigram in our area and would gladly pay for it.

Pros

This software is very user-friendly, and training can be completed in just 2-3 days.

Cons

Adding third-party vendors is difficult, and costs have risen over the years, though we're grandfathered in.

Like all programs: It has it's strengths and limitations

Pros

Their customer service is top-notch, with regular updates that incorporate customer feedback.

Cons

There are several minor limitations that make this software frustrating. For instance, it prompts you twice to override a lunch hour but doesn't alert you about future double-booked appointments with the same patient and procedure.
