Great value!
Pros

This product is fantastic for practice owners managing multiple locations! It offers excellent value, is smooth to navigate, and continually improves.

Cons

In my opinion, the user interface and user experience seem somewhat outdated and are missing several crucial administrative features that could greatly enhance functionality and overall ease of use.

Denticon Dental Practice Management
Pros

Shifting to the cloud reduces the need for ongoing maintenance, but it does come with a cost.

It's inconsistent and costly, with frequent price hikes, poor x-ray integration, and unhelpful support.

Best PMS on the market!
Pros

There are several aspects of Denticon that I really like. Firstly, their customer support is prompt and effective in resolving issues. Secondly, the account manager listens and strives to implement improvements through the product management team. Thirdly, it easily integrates with other vendors. Lastly, it's simple for receptionists and Dental Assistants to use.

Cons

They promise significant improvements, but it takes time.

Paying for a system with minimal support that we cannot use
Pros

Initially, the multiple clearinghouse options seemed promising After taking five clinics live over a month, I now advise staying away due to inadequate support and a terrible go-live experience.

Cons

Support and project management are lacking. Our implementation specialist was let go right before our first launch. She might have made mistakes, but Denticon didn't step in to fix things.

Cloud based, easy to use Patient Management, Charting, and Imaging, Billing
Pros

Patient Management, Charting, Imaging, and Billing on the cloud are effortless to use. It also integrates with third-party apps for Imaging.

Cons

I wish it were more customizable and could integrate with more apps beyond those they're partnered with. Built-in features like patient forms and reminders are not up to par, so we have to use a third-party service, adding to our monthly expenses.

Very disappointed
Pros

Managing two offices has been made simple. Being able to switch between them with a click, seeing patients at both locations, and having a unified chart across offices has been incredibly beneficial.

Cons

Our support experience has been awful. It's been nearly 3 months and e-statements still are not functioning. We're facing ongoing issues with x-rays. While the software costs less upfront, the additional hours spent fixing problems are adding up. Plus, we're not getting paid by insurance companies because e-claims work, but e-statements don't, so patients aren't receiving bills.

Powerful product, excellent customer service
Pros

Denticon enables small insurance practices to set up detailed plans and reduce the burden of collections. It provides tools, although success depends on the effort put in.

Cons

Updates come often, but crucial reports are missing, like ones for cleaning up unused plans or tracking patients who haven't visited in a while. There are also UI issues with plan setup, though it seems they're actively addressing them.

Cloud Based Dental Software

Pros

Having multiple offices, the ability to access it from anywhere is fantastic. It's intuitive, and the support team responds promptly.

Pros

I love the convenience of cloud-based access for viewing records, schedules, reports, etc., from any device, including my phone. The training videos for new users are excellent, and I appreciate not having to worry about backups or security.

Pros

I value the convenience of having the server accessible online, enabling me to log in from various locations like home or my phone, without needing to worry about backing up data as it's managed by the company.

Cons

Easy access from anywhere
Pros

Being able to access the software from any location greatly simplifies daily operations, eliminating any worries related to server reliability.

Cons

We lack e-marketing options like automated emails and texts in our area, which is a significant drawback. We've had to consider other software solutions, but managing two systems is not ideal. We'd welcome Dentigram in our area and would gladly pay for it.

Pros
