Their home page is equipped with multiple icons for easy navigation. The help icon provides instructions on tasks, which is incredibly useful. Compared to other software, the price is reasonable, though the kiosk feature didn't work as well as expected.
Cons
The software freezes often, and customer service blames it on Windows updates. The kiosk never worked, so I canceled it. Some pages have outdated terminology, and resubmitting claims requires starting from scratch. Adding patient information is not user-friendly. Customer service wait times are long, and they push for additional payments for help.

I have encountered quite a few glitches in the program. Every day seems to bring a new problem. While the system is extensive, which is great, it can be difficult to find certain reports due to similar names. Also, there is no report option to print a full sheet of just one insurance carrier at a time, which can be frustrating.
