It's user-friendly, with helpful resources readily available. I particularly enjoy the YouTube videos. The clinical applications integrate smoothly with Dentimax imaging, and the practice management modules are excellent for billing and generating financial reports.

It is fairly simple to use, and the customer service reps are helpful. The auto-email feature and clear displays are bonuses, and it usually functions well.
Cons
The system can be very slow at times, and additional features require upgrades and fees. It would be nice if the template mode for making recurring appointments was easier to use.

Pros
Having a customer support representative just a phone call away for personalized help is great. The system itself is easy to understand and use.
Cons
I think the software could look a bit nicer, although they are working on a new look, so that should improve over time. Also, it would be beneficial to link a calendar so patients could schedule themselves from our website.

Cons
I wish the pages would scroll smoothly up and down. Sometimes, I want to view something in the middle, so it would be easier if the scrolling function worked better.

Pros
The patient chart feature surpasses that of other software I have seen. The ability to customize almost everything is a huge plus, along with the option to add images and record charts.
Cons
The learning curve is a bit steep, and the software is heavy, requiring a high RAM and processor to function properly. Otherwise, it runs very slowly. Another downside I've found is the inability to save pictures and x-rays loaded in the software to an external location.

I find it very user-friendly and convenient. The demos provided were extremely educational and helpful. I've also found useful videos on YouTube that answer any questions I may have about the software. Whenever I need phone support, they always get back to me the same day. Plus, the user guide they give you upon purchase is detailed and immensely helpful.
Cons
Besides some minor glitches, Dentimax has fixed everything swiftly. Honestly, we have not encountered any cons with this software.
