When I first used it, navigating Dentimax seemed pretty easy. Checking eligibility is quick, and setting up new patient appointments is a snap.

Inputting claim payments and creating secondary claims involves too much clicking around. I wish patient history could import from our old system.

I've tried out a bunch of softwares, but Dentimax has everything I need. It is easy to learn. The line item accounting keeps everything transparent, and the charting, with all notes on one screen, is super convenient. Plus, the integration with DentalXChange for claims is a game-changer, we're getting paid faster, and our claims are clean the first time!

Support from this cloud-based software is the least impressive compared to others I've used. Our conversion process was tough, follow-through was lacking and some features were not activated. While the team is great once you reach them, getting support can be impossible at times. The single support number often leads to long holds, and if you wait too long, you get disconnected.

Being able to bookmark screens for easy reference is a lifesaver. Overall, the software's navigability is key, and DentiMax nailed it.

Ledger is my absolute favorite feature of this software. Also, Dentimax works great for accounting and tells you balance details for every patient. It also provides with a home page where you can keep all the important files within a reach of one click.

Clinical notes and its appointment book are best features of Dentimax. Saves a lot of trouble for schedule production and patients cash flow. I really love how it is compatible with digital screening and produces extremely accurate x-ray images.

Everything about Dentimax is fantastic! It's one of the easiest and best programs out there. Every feature is user-friendly. I was a fan of the 2018 version, but the 2020 version blew me away. The support team is always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. I absolutely love this program!
