“Switched from Easy Dental to Dentimax”

Pros

When I first used it, navigating Dentimax seemed pretty easy. Checking eligibility is quick, and setting up new patient appointments is a snap.

Cons

Inputting claim payments and creating secondary claims involves too much clicking around. I wish patient history could import from our old system.

“Best PMS with Everything You Need”

Pros

I've tried out a bunch of softwares, but Dentimax has everything I need. It is easy to learn. The line item accounting keeps everything transparent, and the charting, with all notes on one screen, is super convenient. Plus, the integration with DentalXChange for claims is a game-changer, we're getting paid faster, and our claims are clean the first time!

Cons

Support from this cloud-based software is the least impressive compared to others I've used. Our conversion process was tough, follow-through was lacking and some features were not activated. While the team is great once you reach them, getting support can be impossible at times. The single support number often leads to long holds, and if you wait too long, you get disconnected.

DentiMax has thought of everything in their software. Line item accounting helps us track patient balances, and jumping to any part of a patient file is just a click away. Being able to bookmark screens for easy reference is a lifesaver. Overall, the software's navigability is key, and DentiMax nailed it.

Over my 7 years using the software, I have found each upgrade makes it more enjoyable.

It is easy to use, and that's all that matters.

None of the statements' figures are correct, or it prints out zero. Patient balances come out wrong, and despite numerous calls, the issue persists. Paying $199 per month feels like a waste.

It has automated features like email which helps with daily workflow. It is quite simple to use with a clean dashboard. Fast customer service is a plus!

Ledger is my absolute favorite feature of this software. Also, Dentimax works great for accounting and tells you balance details for every patient. It also provides with a home page where you can keep all the important files within a reach of one click.

I really appreciate that this software gives full control of customization to the client which helps us with our clinical requirements. Tracking ability has enabled us to fill, open or cancel appointments within no time.

Clinical notes and its appointment book are best features of Dentimax. Saves a lot of trouble for schedule production and patients cash flow. I really love how it is compatible with digital screening and produces extremely accurate x-ray images.

My experience with this software has been great. I dont think there are any functional cons. I just wish their extra help services were free.

Everything about Dentimax is fantastic! It's one of the easiest and best programs out there. Every feature is user-friendly. I was a fan of the 2018 version, but the 2020 version blew me away. The support team is always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. I absolutely love this program!

I genuinely have no complaints. Any issues I've encountered were either resolved or considered for future upgrades.
