“Tracking Orders and Stock Has Gone From Chaos to Control”
Pros
: The inventory module lets us create and manage purchase orders with full details like item quantities and expected delivery dates, which has made our procurement process so much more organised. eHospital has brought a level of structure and visibility to our inventory and procurement process that we simply did not have before. Knowing where every order stands at any given time has saved us from the last minute scrambles that used to happen regularly.
Cons
The initial setup of the inventory module required quite a bit of configuration to match exactly how our procurement process works

“Tracking Orders and Stock Has Gone From Chaos to Control”
Pros
The inventory module lets us create and manage purchase orders with full details like item quantities and expected delivery dates, which has made our procurement process so much more organised. We can now track the status of every order in real time instead of waiting for someone to call or send an email to confirm delivery. Creating material receipt notes and issue slips digitally has also eliminated a lot of the paperwork that used to pile up on our desk.
Cons
: The initial setup of the inventory module required quite a bit of configuration to match exactly how our procurement process works.

“Our Lab Finally Feels Like Part of the Hospital”
Pros
Before eHospital, lab requests came in on paper and results had to be manually shared back with the doctor, which caused so many delays. Now everything is managed digitally inside one system and patients can even access their own lab reports through the patient portal which has reduced the number of calls we get asking for results. It has made our lab feel properly connected to the rest of the hospital for the first time.
Cons
It took our team a while to get used to logging everything digitally especially for staff who had been doing things manually for years.

“Billing for Inpatients and Outpatients Has Never Been This Clean”
Pros
What I appreciate most is that eHospital handles billing for both inpatient and outpatient services without needing two separate processes. It supports both paper-based and electronic claim submissions which gives us the flexibility to work with different insurance partners the way they prefer. Since we started using it our invoice errors have dropped significantly and submitting claims to insurance companies is so much faster now.
Cons
New staff take a bit of time to understand all the billing features properly, especially the insurance claim side of things

“Good Foundation But Performance Under Pressure Needs Work”
Pros
The system is customizable enough to fit different hospital setups which was something we really needed from the start. It is also scalable so if your facility is planning to grow it will not box you in. Integration with existing infrastructure is doable as long as you have dedicated IT involvement from day one.
Cons
There are noticeable slowdowns during peak hours when multiple departments are all active at the same time.

“Rough Start But the Support Team Made It Worth It”
Pros
what I like as the Director of Information Technology of my company is the customer support is responsive and they actually follow through when you reach out, which saved us many times in our early weeks. Once staff got comfortable with the system, everyday tasks like updating patient information became straightforward and quick. You can also tell the system was designed with real hospital workflows in mind which helps once you settle in
Cons
The onboarding process is longer than it should be and the training materials need to be much clearer for new users. Some of our staff almost gave up in the first few weeks because the initial experience felt overwhelming and unguided.

“Finally, One System That Holds Everything Together”
Pros
Before eHospital we were juggling different systems for billing, appointments, and records and it was exhausting, so having everything under one platform has been a genuine relief. It works really well across different departments which is a big deal when managing a larger clinic. The longer you use it the better it gets, and we are noticeably more efficient now than we were in the first few months. Am the CMO / Director of Marketing, Communication and Development.
Cons
Pulling detailed reports can still feel a bit clunky depending on what you need. It also takes a while before your whole team fully gets comfortable with it, so patience is required early on.

Pros
I have been utilizing eHospital system long enough and frankly speaking it has to be one of the user-friendly systems that I have ever encountered. What I like most about it is the flow of smoothness among everything.
Cons
The system does not have a great number of specialty areas, which made it difficult to find what I needed. Definitely felt limited.
