“Powerful automation for group practice”
Pros
Empathic covers everything I need in one place for EHR, billing and accounting. The automation is a huge help and it has the custom features I need to manage a group practice efficiently. End of month check calculations that used to take much longer are now done in under two minutes with this program. The reporting is also excellent, both for client data and for tracking clinicians.
Cons
The only thing missing is online appointment scheduling.
