Pros
The most useful feature is being able to store and access archived patient data all in one spot which really helps us in managing medical records efficiently.
Cons
As someone working with smaller healthcare companies, I've noticed they often struggle to fully understand the tool, and personally, I feel the setup costs are a bit on the expensive side.

As the main IT support for this software, I can confidently say that the best part is the solid job security it gives me.
Cons
Well pretty much everything is an issue. There are constant errors and the language feels like it's stuck in the '80s.
