Easily compiles patient visits
Pros

It is cloud-based and there is no downtime. We can easily learn and become acclimated to the software. All the medical codes are up to date.

Cons

The instructional videos are outdated and need more content.

Pros

It is an intuitive software and has allowed us to add components and become more proficient with our workflow.

Cons

It is very hard to generate reports and their reminders send out messages with ambigous phrases that cause misunderstandings.

Pros

Simple to adjust and glow logical layouts for a worldwide visit to incorporate CPT and ICD-10 codes

Cons

It doesnt coordinate with suggesting doctors so MDs are difficult. Fax numbers for all doctors ought to be upgraded. The instructional exercise recordings moreover got to be updated.

Pros

Easy to modify and expand scientific templates for a global visit to include CPT and ICD-10 codes.

Cons

It doesnt integrate with referring physicians so MDs are hard to send. Fax numbers for all physicians need to be updated. The tutorial videos also need to be updated.

Great value for the price.
Pros

ENT Cloud EHR has generally been good for us! I especially appreciate that it has staged implementation so you can stagger use and add more elements once you master the previous one.

Cons

ENT Cloud EHR features are great but sometimes they do not work the way you want them to which is very frustrating! Recently we have been having a lot of issues in generating reports.

Pros

I run my solo practice. Before using ENT Cloud, I was on a free EHR for several months which was a nightmare. The ENT Cloud software is well customized and well integrated. Tremendous billing mechanism. E-prescribing allows my staff to save time and makes my office more efficient.

I find it affordable as well.

Pros

We tried many EMRs but they did not suit our specialty specific needs. After aggressive research, we went for ENT and have been happy ever since. Initial training sessions were helpful for onboarding.

Fast to start-up. Next to zero downtime.

Cons

The company assured us that the software is highly customizable but it didnt offer the flexibility we were looking for. Also, technical support requires ticket which takes too much time to type.
