Try Expedium through iTech! You won't be disappointed! We have used them for over 5 years.

Pros

It is flawless; we rarely have issues with claims (the problems are usually with the insurance company). When we do have issues, the staff can identify and resolve them so the claim gets accepted by the insurance company.

Cons

Nothing at all! We love Expedium and iTech!

Pros

The software is flawless we rarely encounter issues with claims (it's usually on the insurance company's end), and when we do, the staff quickly identify and resolve the issue so the claim can be accepted.

Pros

The simplicity of use is amazing. The tech support is the best I've come across, although I haven't needed them much beyond setup and password issues. The ability to easily input a claim and print it, if needed, is a huge plus.

Cons

I think the number input would be better if it automatically added the dashes.

expEDIum is the platform of of choice for efficient no nonsense billing

Pros

Very easy to use. With minimal training, we were up and running, able to create and submit claims. The system intuitively catches mistakes in the claim scrubbing process, minimizing rejections. It's easy to clone claims and create secondaries, even without crossovers from the primary.

Cons

I don't see any cons, as the system has been very easy to use and implement, and over the past 5+ years, I have seen some great enhancements to improve workflow.

Cloning and claim form NDC line availability are great features.

Cons

Secondary claims retrieval and the ledger do not carry the total balance, and there is also no total at the end of posting payments on the same screen. This process has been submitted for consideration to their development department, but no response yet.
