EZ Bis Review

Pros

One of my favorite features is group scheduling. We have treatment plans requiring three appointments weekly for 4-5 weeks, and scheduling all at once is very efficient.

Cons

There are two specific areas needing improvement. First, when entering patient medications into the EHR, the list is MG-specific, which many patients do not know. It would be better to have an option for just the medication name. Also, requiring the start date of the medication, which patients often do not know, should be optional. Second, in the EHR, there is limited space for symptoms, and once used, symptoms cannot be removed to make room for new ones. It would be helpful to remove old symptoms to add relevant ones.

Best System for Any Healthcare Professional

Pros

I've been using this system for over 20 years, and I'm always impressed by the organization, attentive customer service, and ease of use.

Cons

EZ Biz is constantly growing and improving, and any complaints I've had have already been addressed.

Being able to call and speak directly to customer support is incredibly helpful!

Cons

When using the Front Desk or Collection Desk modules, it would be very helpful if exiting a patient's account and searching for another patient in the Select Patient search window returned directly to the same letter of the last name of the previous patient. For example, if the last name starts with S, the window should return to S when exiting that patient's account. This is especially useful when reviewing ERAs, as they are listed alphabetically.

Change a couple of things

Pros

Starting my practice 17 years ago, it provided everything I needed and met all the expectations of insurance companies.

Cons

New additions incur monthly fees. I can't access my system remotely without losing access to my desktop.

Pros

The simplicity of operating within the program is excellent.

Cons

When printing billing statements, it would be helpful to sort out specific patients or a particular price range that we don't want to print. The program crashes a lot daily, making it a hassle to log in every few minutes, especially with a patient in front of us.

Pros

Retrieving patient medical records is easy, and the customer support is excellent whenever I require help (certain representatives are especially supportive)!

Cons

My only challenge in 12 years of using this program is that when I encounter an issue, I have to explain exactly what I was doing. These problems often occur quickly, and I need to bypass them to check out a patient or assist them with something. Tracing the steps to recreate the problem is difficult since I'm the only one at the front desk.

20+ years of using EZ Bis

Pros

The appointment book is excellent! With multiple providers in the office, each can view their appointments or the entire clinic schedule. EZBIS is always upgrading, making improvements, and adding new features. Now, our patients can communicate directly via text with the front desk. We can run hundreds of different reports.

Cons

I don't use the EHR module, but it seems to have improved significantly over the years.

Have been happy with EZ Bis for over 20 years

Pros

In a chiropractic office, this software is invaluable. It's very easy to navigate and train new employees on. They definitely have the best customer service in the industry, very polite and responsive. We've been satisfied for decades!

Cons

I've requested multiple times for an update to allow billing single or multiple dates per claim to run per insurance company rather than all or nothing. It's costly and time-consuming to print out EOBs when only one insurance company needs one date per claim. This simple request hasn't been addressed yet.

Easiest Software and the Could Option is sensational.

Pros

The ease of use and the functionality EZBIS offers is remarkable. The Cloud version is the best option. Billing and collections are simplified, making the product easy to use and teach. Among many software programs on the market, this one has been fantastic for our doctor's office! We look forward to even more advancements in the program. There's no reason not to use this product and EZBIS support, no excuses! This will help any business maintain over 90% collection rates.

Cons

I wish there was a DocuSign option so that doctors could import their forms the way they like, have patients sign them, and then interface directly into the account.

The customer service representatives are EXTREMELY friendly and very helpful, especially [sensitive content hidden]! She can answer any question. She's the absolute BEST! If we need features the software doesn't have, they are willing to consider adding them.

Scheduling and maintaining daily batch reports have been key over 20 years. Claim management was also helpful, although I am semi-retired and no longer need that feature. Customer service and updates are excellent.

Cons
