It's easy to navigate, understand, and train others on, with numerous features that enhance office efficiency. The Collection Desk feature simplifies payment processing with just a click.
Cons
Many chiropractic offices are integrating naturopathic doctors, and I'd like to see the EHR upgraded to accommodate their needs. Otherwise, the chiropractic EHR is excellent.

Everything about EZBIS is exceptional. The top-notch customer service, along with excellent sales assistance from which makes doing business with them a pleasure.
Cons
The only downside is that we have a cash practice and cannot provide HCFA receipts directly to patients on the day of service, which is inconvenient.
