“faster quoting and billing”
Pros
Getting quotes out takes very little time and the full VisionWeb integration is a big advantage over REV. It also gives me more customization options than REV and having everything kept on one invoice is much better since REV splits up insurance invoices. The biggest plus is that the software requires far less clicking so quoting, billing and recording payments all happen about twice as fast compared with REV.
Cons
There's a bug with tracking products shipped through USPS although it's supposed to be fixed in 2022.

“Worth buying again”
Pros
It didn't take long to learn and using and customizing it feels very easy. The software keeps getting updates and improvements which is a big win. Support has also been a huge help when getting started and whenever issues come up. I would definitely purchase it again without hesitation.
Cons
One area that could be better is the examination section. It should be easier to move through and go back to change earlier selections after they've been made. Right now if you want to adjust something or add an item later it doesn't really allow you to return and make those changes.

Pros
Getting started with the software was easy and it produces notes I can confidently use during a deposition without worrying about reliability. Having onsite control also means my backups are always within reach and the speed of working with notes makes cloud based systems feel outdated by comparison.
Cons
Really the only downside is the normal adjustment period that comes with learning any new system.

Pros
Handling daily SOAP notes is very simple and the regular "News to Use" emails are genuinely useful to get.
Cons
There are a few small typos here and there and the quality of uploaded images especially X-rays could be better.

Pros
From the start it has felt incredibly flexible. You can keep things as brief as you want or document in a much more detailed way when needed. It's user friendly right out of the box and once you spend more time with it you realize it can do far more than it first appears. The team is willing to make just about any modification and we've already had several done. I also really enjoy the weekly emails that explain different parts of the program and the updates come out very promptly every two weeks. I've used ChiroTouch, Document Plus and several others and none of them come close to this software. I would absolutely recommend giving it a try especially since the 30 day free trial means there's really nothing to lose.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints. It's updated constantly, it's simple to work with and there's not much training required.

Pros
Built by two chiropractors and still maintained by them this software has been a software I've relied on for more than 10 years and still genuinely appreciate. It gets updated about every two weeks and they always let us know about changes that help improve our notes over time. They're also consistently available when I need advice or support which has been a huge plus.
Cons
It's not cloudbased and that's honestly my only complaint. Would really like to see it be moved to the cloud.

Very easy to work with especially when just starting off with it and the interface is user friendly enough that even a complete beginner can learn how to use it without much trouble.
Cons
The design feels a bit old school and it doesn't look especially polished or elegant. Still it offers plenty of useful features and works just fine.

Pros
Starting off with it was quick and it didn't take much time to learn. It works really well right out of the box, runs very fast and has PI reporting which is great!
Cons
Not available as a web-based solution which is a downside and I'm also not really a fan of their billing and scheduling platform.

Pros
Putting notes together is very point and click and doesn't take much time. It also auto fills a lot which can help speed things up though you have to watch closely because the notes can end up looking too similar.
Cons
After taking over the program I was stuck for more than a month waiting for the billing section to be fixed so I could even sign in. Because of that delay I missed the window for several billing reimbursements. That was enough for me to cancel and move to another system. Later when an attorney contacted me about an old ledger I emailed the company to see if I could access it and print it and they told me I could only if I paid an additional fee. That's ridiculous.

“excellent fit with EZBiz”
Pros
Working with this software alongside EZBiz has been a huge help for our office. Since we rely on both systems every day it's hard to imagine managing without it now. It makes patient exams much more manageable and the diagrams it includes are especially helpful.
Cons
When it isn't functioning properly for any reason it can slow down the workflow in the office until technical support steps in which is a drawback. However that's pretty typical of most software that handles the daily operations of an office.

“All in one charting win!”
Pros
Having everything in one system makes a huge difference from nutrition and x-rays to patient details. It keeps everything together in one place and that's incredibly helpful. The software feels smooth and well put together almost like having a phone app that has all the right tools and information exactly where you need them.
Cons
If I had to point out one downside it would be that the interface is not the most attractive out there. Still that hardly matters when the software actually does its job well. I'm no longer stuck needing someone to transcribe all my information and patient conversations which saves a lot of time.

Pros
Starting off with it is fairly easy with a user friendly point and click setup. It makes it simple to document new patient entries, returning patients and new patient issues without any trouble.
Cons
Customer IT support is unreliable. When something goes wrong it can be very frustrating to get help. There have been times when tech support responded quickly but more recently I spent nearly three weeks trying to get their IT team to resolve an issue.

“handy notes workflow”
Pros
Keeping up with notes is very simple with this software. When everything is working properly it imports our patients from Eclipse into this platform which helps us complete notes much more efficiently... when it actually works.
Cons
The ongoing issue is that importing patients from Eclipse breaks down far too often and getting help from customer support is painfully slow even though we pay an annual fee for it. They really need more than one person handling customer service.
