“unreliable and frustrating system”
Pros
I find it really simple to access patient records, customer support gets back to me quickly and reliably and I can easily reorganize sections of patient charts so the parts I use most are right where I need them.
Cons
We find the platform awkward and behind the times, far from simple and honestly it was one of the toughest systems I've had to get the hang of, worse, about twice a month the whole system drops and our team can't do anything, checking patients in or out, handling prior authorizations, processing billing, which essentially brings our entire office to a halt until we can finally reach customer support by phone.
