“Easy to use software

Pros

I found it highly intuitive. The interface is clean and user friendly which makes it easy for our staff to transition from our old system. The analytics tools are robust, providing us with detailed insights that have significantly improved our operational efficiency. The cloud-based system ensures that we have access to our data from anywhere, which has been a game-changer for our remote team.

Cons

The initial setup took longer than expected and we faced some integration challenges with our existing systems. One more thing I do not like is that the customer support team takes a lot of time to respond which is not ideal.

Pros

The customizable templates and automated features save us a lot of time on administrative tasks. The reporting capabilities are also great as it offers valuable insights into our practices performance.

Cons

While the software is generally reliable, we have encountered occasional glitches. This cause trouble as our work gets affected by it. Also, the mobile app although helpful, lacks some functionalities so I wish they improve it in some way.
