This product is a stand out.

Pros

This is a very dynamic program and covers all needs from functionality to Reminders, Clinical Decision Alerts and patients portal. It has every tool you need in an EMR system.

Cons

Script errors are really frustrating on a busy day.

It has been a very good experience.

Pros

The software is very user-friendly and cost-effective. I am able to integrate it with my calendar and I can take online payments easily.

Very consistent in improving the product!

Pros

The product has a lot of great things such as ease of sending the charges from the docs to the billing department, seeing the exact statement that a patient received. They are improving the product consistently.

Cons

they can work on responsiveness of their customer service.

Cost-effective solution!

Pros

Cost-friendly solution carefully designed to meet the needs of the practitioner. it is very flexible in terms of keeping documentation, record files and manages patients portal, screening/scanning. Voice input and hand-writing tools makes it highly accessible to the staff.

Cons

Great experience. I didnt find any problem in the software. Mobile apps is a must upgrade.

Good software!

Pros

Efficient and flexible. I really like some of its features as they are very suitable for my occupation.

Cons

The customer staff is not the best and they could use some serious changes as its next to impossible to reach them.

Honestly, for me, its the best software out there. I love all its features and the customer staff is great. It has brought a lot of positive changes to my workflow.
