Pros

From the first time I reached out, their customer service team was quick to respond, answered every question clearly and was genuinely pleasant to work with. It really seems like they care about the people using the product. The EMR/platform is also very user friendly and overall it offers good value for the money.

Cons

HealthArc delivers the most in terms of value and usability. We had the system up and running within just a couple of weeks which made the transition quick and painless.

Cons

A few features could still use a bit more development but overall the software handles what we need it to do.
