Pros

I've handled dozens of bills at a time while managing patient information using Health Link, and it was so easy! The e-prescriptions are another great feature. I also use it to manage appointments and the dashboard is excellent for time tracking and patient flow management.

Cons

I've noticed that the documentation is mostly missing, which makes it hard to share patient records with anyone. Also, trying to use it on my phone hasn't been great..it really takes away from the overall experience.
