HelloNote is not only easy to use but the customer service is great too. Like I always able to receive support directly from the customer support team whenever needed.

“Best among rest”
Pros
The EMR system is intuitive, covering everything from arranging appointments and generating statistical reports to completing patient notes and documents. It offers all necessary features in a concise, compliant, and dependable software package.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that it does not have appointment reminders for upcoming visits.

“Friendly and helpful support team”
Pros
I like that when I have a question, I can speak to a live representative instead of a robot. This software is user-friendly and can be accessed anywhere, which makes me more time-efficient.
Cons
The cost of using this software is quite high, especially since I am both the administrator and the treating therapist. There's a charge for each role, even though I am just one person.

“Switching to HelloNote was our best decision”
Pros
To start, HelloNote is by far the friendliest EMR company I have come across. They imported all my patient demographics without any hassle (and no extra fees) and we even had a live training session, so the software was ready to go from Day 1. The system is super user friendly and easy to get the hang of as we go. Whenever I have any questions, the support team is always there to help, no matter when I reach out. I also really like that they are always open to new ideas. Plus working with HelloNote has definitely made our practice more efficient and successful, and I cannot thank them enough.
Cons
I can't think of any negatives. Any questions or concerns I have are resolved very quickly! If there's ever an issue, Hellonote is open to adding new features.
