Heno has enabled us to keep everything in one place and we do not have to use multiple systems for our practice. From keeping clinical data to billing, we have everything sorted out.

Pros
Very user-friendly product with strong tools that are suitable for small to large scale practices. Features like entering and tracking clients data, marketing and managing payments are very robust. Their customer service is amazing too.

Pros
Its a one login away to access causing ease of use and it gets the work done efficiently. Their customer service is always available if you get stuck on an issue. The entire workflow of system makes sense.
Cons
It has a learning curve to it but the team really holds your hand and gets you through that process.

Note editing and report copy feature is a savior for me! Really love the application of service provided which saves a lot of time and energy. Smooth navigation is a plus!

Pros
Impressed by its functionality and integration. Works really well with my clinical system and my staff learned it very quickly. Their customer service is top notch and is available 24/7.
Cons
I didnt find anything not worth liking this software. it works well but its a bit confusing at start. The team was very supportive and helped me through it.

Pros
It is an all-in-one solution software. Very easy to use and the staff got the hang of it quickly. Efficient in scheduling, data entry, and billing. The daily report feature for office productivity is a plus!
Cons
Training videos are a little hard to follow but technical assistance was super supportive!

Pros
I have been with Heno for a couple of years and have grown alongside them. I have a great relationship with the core team and receive better analytics compared to our previous EHR. I really like the integrated billing. The Heno team is constantly working to improve the platform based on our feedback, which I like.
Cons
The UX could use some improvement and it is being continuously worked on. However, the functionality is all there and helps me track our KPIs daily.

“Heno - the ALL in ONE solution every therapy companies needs!
Pros
Ease of use is a big plus my staff learned Heno in just minutes. I can quickly schedule an appointment with a single click, perform name searches, check eligibility, collect copays and manage auto-posting for electronic payments. The software also allows instant messaging to contact staff at other locations, faxing and daily reporting to track office productivity, including cancellations, no-shows, amounts collected in cash/credit/check, and overall revenue. This is the most adaptable software I've used, offering a lot of customization to meet our needs and streamline staff processes for a better patient experience.
Cons
I do not have any cons to mention, but I will say the software team is constantly implementing new and updated options to make it even easier to use, navigate and streamline my practice.
