This software is fully customizable. Its very user-friendly in comparison to other EMR systems. It is one complete system that includes scheduling, documentation and billing without multiple tools or outsourcing billing.

Simple to understand !
Pros
it has a very easy to grasp interface. Note making, editing information and constant navigation doesnt slow down the workflow. Billing section is also very convenient.
Cons
I didnt have any problem so far.

Pros
Heno has enabled us to keep everything in one place and we dont have to use multiple systems for our practice. From keeping clinical data to billing, we have everything sorted out.
Cons
Report database is little clumsy.

Pros
Very user-friendly product with strong tools that are suitable for small to large scale practices. Features like entering and tracking clients data, marketing and managing payments are very robust. Their customer service is amazing too.

Pros
Its a one login away to access causing ease of use and it gets the work done efficiently. Their customer service is always available if you get stuck on an issue. The entire workflow of system makes sense.
Cons
It has a learning curve to it but the team really holds your hand and gets you through that process.

Pros
Note editing and report copy feature is a savior for me! Really love the application of service provided which saves a lot of time and energy. Smooth navigation is a plus!
Cons
My experience has been great so far. i didnt find any flaw in functionality of this software.

Impressed by its functionality and integration. Works really well with my clinical system and my staff learned it very quickly. Their customer service is top notch and is available 24/7.
Cons
I didnt find anything not worth liking this software. it works well but its a bit confusing at start. The team was very supportive and helped me through it.

It is an all-in-one solution software. Very easy to use and the staff got the hang of it quickly. Efficient in scheduling, data entry, and billing. The daily report feature for office productivity is a plus!
Cons
Training videos are a little hard to follow but technical assistance was super supportive!
