Pros
It fits really well into day-to-day agency operations and doesn't take long to learn. Training employees on it is pretty easy too. The scheduling and billing tools are the standout features for me. Billing gets processed quickly and when something goes wrong, running a report makes it much easier to spot the issue.
Cons
At times, caregivers have trouble downloading the app and when that happens, it can be difficult for us to identify the mistake right away.

The reporting tools are put together nicely and it's possible to customize the reports based on what's needed.
Cons
EVV side is where things really fall apart especially when people are trying to clock in and out. It freezes a lot and there are times when it takes them around 10 minutes just to get into their accounts.

Cutting down the time it takes to prepare and submit claims has been a real benefit.
Cons
The connections with other vendors and payors could be much better. Batch claim submissions have been troublesome and getting a timely response from support hasn't been possible. When claims are delayed for any reason, it directly impacts revenue and payroll.

Honestly, this isn't software I'd recommend. A lot of providers in Minnesota are moving away from it and switching over to Pavilion instead.
Cons
The biggest problem is how unreliable it is. We've had patients and staff talk about leaving because some worked shifts don't appear in the system which means people don't get paid. They also can't view what they've worked during the pay period so they're unable to plan around their limited units. In Minnesota, scheduling isn't handled in a traditional way since it's based on participant choice so patients, staff and responsible parties all need clear visibility into hours worked during the pay period. On top of that, billing is inconsistent too, it randomly fails to bill and tracking down the issues takes a huge amount of manual effort.

Having everything in a single program really helps especially when it comes to both patient care and billing. It keeps the workflow together and makes daily tasks much more manageable.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is insurance information already preloaded into the program since that would save extra setup time.

Getting started was easy, the system was quick to learn and support has been available whenever needed. Ticket turnaround is also fast which has been a big plus.
Cons
Over time, the platform has expanded quite a bit and that growth has made it take longer to work through tickets and finish tasks. It feels like the company could really use more support staff.

Nothing about this software worked well for me. The whole experience has been bad right from the start. Onboarding was awful and trying to get help from customer support was just as frustrating. I kept getting passed from one person to another and the people handling the transfer usually couldn't actually help. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
Cons
Customer support does not seem to know the software well enough to properly assist users. There is also far too much red tape involved just to get answers to software-related issues and most of the time, no real answer is given at all.

Right from the start, the system feels very user friendly. It also does a great job of keeping administrative data, nursing records and payroll separated which fully supports HIPAA compliance.
Cons

Everything connects well across the business, from hiring staff and checking exclusions to bringing on a new client, scheduling and delivering services. The flow from one step to the next feels very natural and keeps daily operations moving efficiently.
Cons

Compared with the software we were using before, I honestly can't think of anything about HHA that I actually prefer.
Cons
It really needs basic features like sending shift reminders to caregivers the night before and notifying admins if someone hasn't clocked in within 15 minutes of their scheduled start time. It would also help a lot to be able to edit the insurance POC so it reflects the most current information. Caregivers should be able to view their full monthly schedule and applicants should have the option to apply to our agency directly online.
