User-friendly system interface

Pros

Getting started with it was pretty easy. I was shown the basics and after that I could figure out the rest on my own without much trouble. It feels very user-friendly overall.

Cons

One issue comes up with our account being connected to InMyTeam. Sometimes a shift does not show up there even though it has already been billed in InMyTeam.

Billing and scheduling tools

Pros

Billing and Scheduling is a very user-friendly application that lets you set up schedules and send invoices without any hassle.

Cons

At this point, I really haven't come across anything to complain about. The app is easy to use and the support team responds quickly whenever an issue comes up.

great tool

Pros

One thing that really helps is being able to go into the visits and adjust the POC when caregivers are there overstating the duties they completed.

Cons

What's frustrating is that I can't directly verify whether the caregiver got the patient's signature unless I run a visit patient signature timesheet report which is very inconvenient.

Easy to use software

Pros

Really easy to use though it does depend on having a strong internet connection.

Cons

I didn't run into any problems with the app aside from needing to make sure my internet connection was stable.

Poor communication practices

Pros

Honestly, there really wasn't anything positive to point out. The communication was very poor.

Cons

To be frank, almost everything about it was disappointing. Overall, the communication was poor from start to finish.

Support issues concerns

Pros

Our MCO uses this platform for EVV integration so it wasn't something we personally selected.

Cons

Support has been the biggest frustration. It feels more like self-service than actual customer care. You submit a ticket and it often gets pushed into a JIRA system which just creates even more ticket numbers, with some or most of the work seemingly handled offshore. Responses are very slow and often off base. A lot of the time, the agents don't read the full ticket closely enough to understand the real issue. Dealing with it has been a nightmare.

Pros

After 10 years of working with HHAX, it's still my favorite HC program and I regularly recommend it to other vendors.

Slow performance problems

Pros

Absolutely nothing about this software works in its favor. Every part of it feels awful to use. The only reason I'm still stuck with it is because Texas requires it for collecting EVV data. If there were any option to switch, I'd leave immediately. It may be free for us but I would honestly rather spend thousands every month than keep dealing with something this bad.

Cons

Using it is incredibly frustrating because it's so glitchy and extremely slow. Opening notes can take 30 seconds or even longer which is ridiculous when you need to work efficiently. The whole system feels outdated especially when you compare it to platforms like KanTime and CubHub.

Lack of guidance resources

Pros

After waiting on hold for 3 and a half hours, this has been the worst customer support I've ever dealt with.

Cons

There's no guidance for figuring out the system and getting any kind of support feels impossible.

Verification delays issues

Pros

There really aren't any redeeming qualities when it comes to HHA.

Cons

Honestly, it's everything. The verification process now takes nearly twice as long, morale has dropped and the clients hate it.

Unresponsive support team

Pros

From an admin standpoint, the software feels well built and is simple to work with.

Cons

Support is practically nonexistent. I've spent more than three hours on the phone and waited just as long in chat trying to reach a representative. If you need them to reset an employee account or handle something on their side, it can take days.

Clock-in challenges

Pros

I've been trying to adjust to this but right now I really can't get comfortable with it because it has messed up my clock-in and clock-out schedule.

Cons

It's frustrating that when I clock in, it still shows up in red even though I'm already at my destination.

Customer service concerns

Pros

From a coordinator or administrator perspective, the system is organized in a very simple way and the overall setup makes sense, if only it actually worked reliably most of the time.

Cons

Getting help is a major frustration. There's basically no real customer service and you have to email them just to create a support ticket. Even then, a response within a week feels lucky and when they do reply, it's often completely unrelated to the issue you asked about.

Misleading sales process

Pros

Honestly, there was nothing positive about this experience. The company came across as dishonest and deceitful so there really was not much to appreciate.

Cons

They knowingly misled us just to get us to sign the contract and ever since then they have refused to answer our calls or respond to our emails.

Perfect dashboard experience

Pros

Having the BI Dashboard means all of our operations are visible at a quick glance. It keeps our data front and center and lets us catch and deal with issues right away.

Cons

The Clinical Module and the forms builder still need stronger reporting when it comes to specific data.

Visit management tools

Pros

Being able to view visits makes it much simpler to adjust schedules, update caregivers and keep up with the reports.

Cons

One issue happens on the first entry, the schedule does not transfer the information to the master week so it has to be entered manually.
