Getting started with it was pretty easy. I was shown the basics and after that I could figure out the rest on my own without much trouble. It feels very user-friendly overall.
Cons
One issue comes up with our account being connected to InMyTeam. Sometimes a shift does not show up there even though it has already been billed in InMyTeam.

Billing and Scheduling is a very user-friendly application that lets you set up schedules and send invoices without any hassle.
Cons

One thing that really helps is being able to go into the visits and adjust the POC when caregivers are there overstating the duties they completed.
Cons
What's frustrating is that I can't directly verify whether the caregiver got the patient's signature unless I run a visit patient signature timesheet report which is very inconvenient.

Our MCO uses this platform for EVV integration so it wasn't something we personally selected.
Cons
Support has been the biggest frustration. It feels more like self-service than actual customer care. You submit a ticket and it often gets pushed into a JIRA system which just creates even more ticket numbers, with some or most of the work seemingly handled offshore. Responses are very slow and often off base. A lot of the time, the agents don't read the full ticket closely enough to understand the real issue. Dealing with it has been a nightmare.

Absolutely nothing about this software works in its favor. Every part of it feels awful to use. The only reason I'm still stuck with it is because Texas requires it for collecting EVV data. If there were any option to switch, I'd leave immediately. It may be free for us but I would honestly rather spend thousands every month than keep dealing with something this bad.
Cons
Using it is incredibly frustrating because it's so glitchy and extremely slow. Opening notes can take 30 seconds or even longer which is ridiculous when you need to work efficiently. The whole system feels outdated especially when you compare it to platforms like KanTime and CubHub.

Cons
Support is practically nonexistent. I've spent more than three hours on the phone and waited just as long in chat trying to reach a representative. If you need them to reset an employee account or handle something on their side, it can take days.

From a coordinator or administrator perspective, the system is organized in a very simple way and the overall setup makes sense, if only it actually worked reliably most of the time.
Cons
Getting help is a major frustration. There's basically no real customer service and you have to email them just to create a support ticket. Even then, a response within a week feels lucky and when they do reply, it's often completely unrelated to the issue you asked about.
