Pros
Everything about this product has been simple to work with especially the billing components and payroll. Overall, it's very user-friendly and I honestly don't have any complaints.
Cons
At the moment, I haven't run into any real issues with the system. The only thing I'd like is the ability to edit client details like phone numbers or addresses while making notes since those updates don't always get completed otherwise.

Honestly, there isn't really anything I'd call a positive here, it's more a matter of learning how the system works and adjusting to it. It's much less easy than it seems and there are a lot of moving parts that all have to be set up perfectly before anything functions the way it should. Even after using this platform for two years some things still aren't working correctly. On top of that, instead of only using Promise to review and bill, we now have to rely on three different software programs and most of the time they don't communicate properly with each other. That creates problems with getting paid and with other functions too, like clocking in and out. Those records still aren't transferring from my ClearCare system and we've already been trying to fix it for more than two weeks with no result. It's still not working the way it was supposed to.
Cons
Military time format has been a real problem and getting used to it has ended up costing me a lot of money.

Pros
Getting around this software feels very easy and moving from one page to another is simple. Running reports is also very convenient and doesn't take much effort.
Cons
At times, the system can be quite slow especially during busy periods when it starts to lag. I'm also not a fan of how quickly it logs you out.

Handling day-to-day work is much more manageable with this. The training phase can be a bit challenging when you're trying to understand the system and everything it can do but once you get past that, it's very user-friendly overall.
Cons
Getting familiar with any system takes time and since the product is still being developed and updated regularly, there are quite a few hiccups that could definitely be improved over time.
