Pros

I appreciate that I can easily see available times and quickly make appointments anytime. Often, I need to schedule a blood test result appointment late at night, like 9 PM on a Sunday. Though the surgery isn't open, I can still make the appointment using HotDoc, freeing up my time. The receptionists probably handle fewer calls thanks to HotDoc, improving efficiency. I also like how HotDoc reminds me about appointments.

Cons

I do not see any negatives when using this software, it works well and it is very reliable.
