“Totally recommend it

Pros

Really liking it so far as the software is very easy to use and I have barely run into any issues with it.

Cons

Nothing major comes to mind just the occasional glitch here and there but nothing major that I have come across.

Pros

Overall we had a great experience. The parts of HST we use are simple and moving through the system from one page to another is pretty basic and smooth.

Cons

Once in a while an employee will mention they can't log into HST and when I check, it turns out their account has been marked inactive.
