It has the tools to manage our billing cycle and insurance claims by taking everything online. We are also benefiting from the marketing analytics module that tells us how to improve our business.

I have observed that there are not many tutorial videos available online.

I love the customization of the program. I can change it to suit my preferences. It is also visually appealing with nice colors so you can work long hours without it hurting your eyes.

There have been no updates and many of the features are now outdated. It is difficult to write reports and we have had to find ways to work around the glitches.

The software helped our organization by bringing all patient information on a single platform. We were able to maximize reimbursements and bring denials down to a minimum. The search interface makes it very easy to look up information and minimal training is required for new users.
