Terrible EMR

Pros

Nothing

Cons

Expensive poor quality. Can’t pull data from it self, can’t do Gleason score sum even, app takes 16 clicks to log in and logs out every few minutes will even accept prostate cancer diagnosis in female patient

My Experience with IKNOWMED

Pros

I started using IKNOWMED EMR Software when I worked at an oncologists office. It had some very specific oncology features, and it was so easy to use as well.

Cons

I cant think of any trouble or issues I faced during the use of this software.

Seamless integration

Pros

They have a very active and knowledgeable support team, they helped me merge my old system with this one and got it up and running in no time.

Cons

I have read a lot of reviews and have the same issue they reported. It tends to crash at least one day.

Outstanding customer service!

Pros

I encounter strange bugs that cause the program to crash frequently when it is under heavy use. However, their customer support is very responsive and almost always replies to my queries right away.

Cons

As I mentioned earlier, it crashes frequently.

Pros

How IKNOWMED EMR made my career transition smooth?

Pros

It is one of the most user-friendly EMR I have used early on in my career. Very easy to learn and get a good grip thanks to support team.

Cons

There is room for improvement in their search system, as finding patient records can be challenging at times.

Boosting productivity

Pros

McKesson has provided us with a great EHR solution that has helped our administrative staff become more productive. We can also manage bills and insurance claims now.

Cons

The font selection is quite limited, and it would be better if there were more options available.

Love it!

Pros

Since our practice requires us to be constantly on the move, the cloud base EMR by Mckesson was the way to go. The billing process is very neat and cash reimbursement is smooth as well.

Layout limitations , not recommended

Pros

I find that the reminders work well, and the notes I take end up looking quite organized and tidy.

Cons

The layout is not very good, and I find it hard to navigate through patient records and schedule appointments. It is also difficult to work with McKesson.

Essentially simple

Pros

The system itself is quite basic for me. However, the format and layout are simple and well-organized.

Cons

There are many issues with the patient portal; I cannot update schedules and appointments, which leads to confusion among clients. The customer support is just average, as it sometimes takes hours to get in touch with them. In conclusion, the software feels outdated.

A challenging experience

Pros

The notes I take are usually nice and have a professional appearance overall.

Cons

The system is not user-friendly, and I find it difficult to operate and manage, especially for beginners. There are many steps involved before completing a single task, and it takes hours to update appointments. Overall, I would not recommend it.

Quick solutions and easy scheduling

Pros

I really like their customer support, they are helpful,responsive and get the problem solved as soon as possible. I also like how easy scheduling is made by McKesson. It keeps you updated on all the patients information and appointments.

Cons

The biggest drawback is that it does not allow me to correct a claim at the claim level, and it takes hours to generate a statement file, which makes it very inefficient to use.

Outdated and glitchy

Pros

I love the customization of the program. I can change it to suit my preferences. It is also visually appealing with nice colors so you can work long hours without it hurting your eyes.

Cons

There have been no updates and many of the features are now outdated. It is difficult to write reports and we have had to find ways to work around the glitches.

One platform, maximum efficiency

Pros

The software helped our organization by bringing all patient information on a single platform. We were able to maximize reimbursements and bring denials down to a minimum. The search interface makes it very easy to look up information and minimal training is required for new users.
