I started using IKNOWMED EMR Software when I worked at an oncologists office. It had some very specific oncology features, and it was so easy to use as well.
Cons

I really like their customer support, they are helpful,responsive and get the problem solved as soon as possible. I also like how easy scheduling is made by McKesson. It keeps you updated on all the patients information and appointments.
Cons
The biggest drawback is that it does not allow me to correct a claim at the claim level, and it takes hours to generate a statement file, which makes it very inefficient to use.
