Inbox Health Has Freed Up Time Needing for Billing Follow Up & Sped Up Our Patient Collections

Pros

Since implementing Inbox Health, I am now saving hours each month because I no longer have to manually print, mail, and track patient statements. Delinquent patient balances are much easier to catch now. Also, I am able to engage with patients and answer questions about their statements much more easily now! Plus, I am saving money on postage!

Cons

I can't see the exact copy of the statement the patient is receiving. This would be helpful when explaining multiple invoices and dates of services to patients seen often!

Pros

I find it easy to use, and it enhances patient responsiveness across different practices and specialties.

Cons

I wish it could interface with the Hospital Information System (CPSI). We would have switched vendors in a heartbeat!

Wonderful product - for the most part

Pros

I love how easily I can take a patient payment and see the billing history and status.

Cons

Integration with Healthpac has been the biggest issue. We still have patients who are not being billed in a timely manner with a patient balance due amount. The issue of Inbox Health not initiating billing cycles has been my biggest concern and frustration that continues.

Pros

It eliminates the need for additional staff to process monthly statements. In addition, the auto statement cycles deployed daily assist me in collecting faster and speeding up the collections cycle that used to drag on for 90 days at a time.

Cons

It is a little glitchy sometimes, but I think the development team really cares and is constantly trying to improve.

Great Product

Pros

When a patient makes a payment via Inbox Health, it automatically applies the payment to the patient's account in my billing system (AdvancedMD) without me having to review the account.

Cons

I haven't encountered any issues with the software that I can think of. Inbox Health is always looking for ways to improve the software.

Pros

The interaction between patients and the Inbox team has freed up my life so much, allowing me to run my business more effectively.

Cons

Its not very intuitive in operation. It took a while for them to create training. I think it would be better to have reminders sent out from the application when there are errors in addresses and such that stop billing. We do not go into the application daily, just when necessary at this point because we are short-staffed, but it would be nice to get a report or something that lets us know about billing cycle errors.

Pros

The implementation was seamless. Customer support is superior to any other software company I work with. My providers, their patients, and my staff love the ease of use of Inbox Health. We are more profitable and cost-effective with our time because of Inbox Health.

Cons

The word used to describe an adjustment in the system doesn't make sense. Synching issues at times can be confusing.
